Dr. Jeanne du Fay de Lavallaz and Dr. Alexandra Prepoudis were awarded the prestigious «
James T. Willerson Award » at the American Heart Association Congress for their work on cardiac
Troponin and skeletal muscle disease. The « James T. Willerson Award » is an award recognizing
the best clinical paper published in the renowned cardiology journal « Circulation » in the past
year. This important distinction underlines the excellent work of Professor Müller’s Team and
numerous collaborators at the University Hospital of Basel, the University Hospital of Zürich, the
cantonal Hospital of Aarau and the University Hospital of Innsbruck.
