Research Fellowship

Job requirements: • Interest in scientific approach to clinically relevant questions • Engaged, team-minded personality • Experience in clinical medicine, ideally as a physician • Good language skills both in German and English (Spanish, Polish an Czech) • Experience with Excel (Access and SPSS), Word, and Powerpoint We offer: • Collaboration in a small, internationally renowned research group • Cooperative team atmosphere • Mentorship leading to the ability to independently: guide research projects, compose manuscripts and publish as a first author • Topics: dyspnea, heart failure, chest pain, abdominal pain, syncope, sepsis, contrast agent nephropathy • Salary dependent on clinical and research experience. • Optional transfer to a 3-year clinical training position as a resident after completion of 1-2 years of clinical research • Participation in the continuing medical education program of the University Hospital Basel • Active participation at congresses including presentation of study results Informations / contact: Prof. Dr. Christian Mueller
